I only wanted to open my curls up a little bit, so I left it for 3-4 minutes while the instructions said 15-20 minutes. It worked wonders!My curls didn’t shrink in the British weather and still look nice outdoors when it’s raining/humid.I only applied it to the lower half of the length- far away from the scalp. But I still had more hair fall than usual when I washed it. Similar to when you do a hair dye. But not too bad.I took a patch test on one part before I applied it on my entire hair- it is strong! it will definitely straighten your hair if you leave it on for as long as instructed.I’m super happy with it.

This review is a little difficult to give. The product is good, I already knew it and had used it before, the delivery arrived quickly and on time but the product came broken and part of the content was spilled inside the packaging. Thank God I had an empty container of another product and I was able to change it. container. Apart from that, the product had its usual smell and worked well on my hair.

I either got sent the wrong product, or this is just a terrible product in general. It did nothing. 15 minutes and absolutely nothing. If anything my hair came out of the process with even more curls, once the shampooing step was done. I will be asking for a refund.

Amazing but i got burnt a bit because i let it touch my skin.

Very good product, if you follow the instructions you'll be pleased, I have afro hair and this cream works very well with my hair, if you follow instructions works fine and last long.
