This is one of the few products that has 500 mg of biotin. I wanted to increase my intake by 500 mg only because I have biotin in my regular vitamin. It has zero taste or smell and is so small it’s easy to swallow. You can’t beat the price either. It’s a high quality product from Whole Foods.

Excellent for attaining strong and healthier nails, but will take 3 months to see results. I am delighted to find a B vitamin with only 500 milligrams potency.

My hair is fuller and healthy looking.

This has been helpful with hair loss and strengthening my nails but I need to take at least 2 a day to do any good

There’s not really much I can say about a vitamin except this works great for me. It is a logos and that it’s just what I am supposed to have. This is good for any age group. I don’t know about children but adults great product.

So relieved to find a safe dose of Biotin. Was challenging to find! Many dosages are waaay too high and are off the charts. I take this daily and feel safe doing so. Will buy again!
