Runs large. My 5month old (very average weight on boy scale) wore a 0-3mos for Christmas, fit perfectly. This is a must have! Received constant compliments. Great quality. He loved wearing it, must have been comfortable. The fabrics are very nice. One of the suspender buttons fell off but my baby is almost crawling so he's pretty rough with it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This little outfit is for my great grandson and heโs going to look adorable! Itโs very nice material and I love that the suspenders button on and the bow tie snaps on for easy removal. The hat looked cute on him. It looks like it runs small so factor that in heโs 9 months I got the 12-18 month size and it appears it will fit perfectly when we need it
