Made my gardening and any watering chore a breeze! Great quality, easy setup. No loss of water pressure. I love the variety of watering options. The retractable mechanism is super fast so be careful. I used to carry gallons of water around the yard to avoid pulling out the other hoses. This is a game changer!! I bought one for each spigot. The hose is super strong and long. Although I probably could have done with one, I m glad I got both! Buy it! No regrets

I like it, it was easy to put up but I don't like the hose. It's cheap but it works great and I am good with it so far.

I’ve had this for a few years. It’s is one durable hose reel. Has been froze multiple times and still doesn’t leak. It retracts well. Does cut the water pressure down as it has restrictions. Definitely will buy again when I have to

Love the hose reel. Love the aqua blue and white at the end of the pool. Works as expected. After several months in 90-100 degree summer sun, it has held up nicely. It works perfectly, IF you have the hose empty before using, you can pull it out the full length you desire, then turn it off, open the nozzle and let the hose drain, and even ladies or wives would fin bit very easy and light weight and enjoyable to use. However, it is heavy and difficult if you just turn the water on and the hose fills, then start pulling the hose out! And again, when finished, cut the hose off open the nozzle let I drain a few seconds and you can auto roll the hose up easily all the way. Once when I first used it, I turned the hose on it filled, then I pulled it all the way out to the stop on the reel, watered everything and the during retrieve is very good very strong retrieve, but left about 4 ft hanging out. I had to pull it out about 20 ft, drain the hose then it reeled up automatically all the way. But once you know that and do that, my wife and I really like it. I would recommend. And i would buy again.

The hose itself is great, the storage system and all. However, the water handle/spout is not. This is the second one I’ve owned. The first one I figured that is broke from dropping or something, but this time it just started leaking on its own. I’ve only used it twice. It will work fine with a new head I’m sure, like the last one I owned, but the one it comes with, absolutely terrible quality in regards to it ms durability.

Installation was simple, but I used 5/16 x 3" concrete screws to attach to my rock wall instead of the hardware they supplied (smaller holes in my wall). I installed two of the 1/2" x 100' versions, one on each side of my back yard. We have a one acre lot and these were just long enough to reach the back corners and center of our fairly deep fence. I also added 3/4 Inch Garden Hose Quick Connectors to the hose so it is easy to switch between a hand sprayer and a sprinkler. We have a sprinkler system, but there are times when we want to water a small section and my sprinkler zones cover too much area. My wife is our gardener and does almost all of the plant work in our yard. She's small and has to work a little to pull the hose out, but she's happy with the result so I'm happy.

I absolutely love the idea of this hose and for the price of it. It was awesome. I needed a new hose caddy and I saw this one being used on a video on Facebook so I got it and it’s working wonderfully now. I haven’t used it for a whole season yet, but I used it at the end of last year and started this year. It’s amazing it retracts wonderfully but very fast. Be careful careful you don’t get hurt because the nozzle flips around when it gets near the end and by the way, the nozzle is included.
