1/18/18 update: their customer service team is pretty awesome, reached out asap and apologized and thanked for feedback to improve. They sent me a free replacement in what seemed like a day or two, pretty fast.Initial post:I was ready to give this case five stars from the first day; Minimalistic clear case, magnet on the back, and the ring everyone is going nuts about...It was great.I needed an inexpensive case until the permanent one arrives. I’ve noticed it was a bit loose today and was going to try to tighten the screw holding the ring until I noticed the other end of the pin was broken.It was just a matter of time before the other side would’ve gave way.I’ve use it moderately, propping it up or secure it in my hand as I used my phone on the go.Here’s the thing, I get it with regular usage it’ll wear and tear and the ring may loosen but break over in four days?Would you trust the safety of your iPhone X with this case even if it’s high rated or amazon editors choice, that was my hook line and sinker, don’t let it be yours.You get what you pay for, it’s a great inexpensive minimalistic case, if you want the O ring, I’d get it elsewhere or not at all.I still enjoy the case for its sleek design and magnificent magnet it has on the back that I use for magnet mounts in the car and office.Three stars for me realizing my iPhone X was flirting w death by potentially faceplanting the tile floor due to a broken pin after four days of ownership.

This is a great case. It feels very sturdy. I used to use cases with a lanyard, but the lanyards started to get in the way. The ring on this case is very convenient for securing the phone to my hand so I do not drop it. The ring is nice that it acts like a stand when needed. I use it way more than I thought I would. I have huge hands and the ring fits fine on my index finger. The slight lip around the screen and camera lens is just enough to protect these areas but is not noticeable. Wireless charging does not work with this case (not a deal breaker for me because I keep a high speed charging cable at my desk). I highly recommend this case if you want a case with a ring attachment/stand.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks as of the date of this review.Cons- Case is thin and only offers minimal protection, however it will offer some.Pros- This product is under priced in my opinion and is a great purchase for the money.- Magnet works well and doesn't appear to show signs of wear.- Comes in many different colors- The ring is the best ring I have used on any ring style phone case. It's stiff, flexible, rotatable, secure, and doesn't appear to show much wear if any after 3 weeks of use.- Light weight. This greatly helps with making the iPhone X feel like the case doesn't add a bunch of bulk.- Water doesn't appear to deteriorate the case.- Mine came with extra magnets to slide between the phone and the case, but I don't use them because the native magnet attached to the case works well enough for my uses. It would be nice if the main magnet was slightly bigger, or square, to match the size of most mounts, but this magnet works really well for its size and I am not disappointed or worried that my phone may fall, at all, even while mounts and driving around. Then again, I drive a Toyota Corolla, so if you're in one of those crazy G-Force capable Teslas, you may want to add the extra magnets...- Case is easy to remove, but not so easy that it slips off. The case attaches to the phone in a very sturdy and solid way.Considerations- I have not tested charging the phone on a wireless charger using the case, as I do not have a wireless charger. My inclination is that will work fine as long as you don't have the extra magnets installed and you have the phone against the charger where there's no magnet on the case.

I've been using for about 4 days now on my iphone 10 and love it! Back is a hard plastic and the edges are softer rubber to help with grip (would like there to be more of a grip here however). No fingerprint issues. Not having any problems with the ring as others have mentioned. Works great with my dash magnetic holder. Iphone 10 is heavy to begin with and this case makes it heavier due to the metal/magnet. Also the edges of the case do come up a bit higher than the screen so you are not laying it down directly on the screen with a flat surface. All buttons work great and the cut outs are aligned. Phone goes in and out of case easily as well. Dropped it once from about 2 feet onto hardwood floor and no issues. Can' really predict how it would work with fall from greater height however. Only question I have to the manufacturer is what are the 2 holes on the lower left edge of the case are for ( see photo)??

I wanted to really like this case but there is a flaw that I can't accept.Pros:I love that the ring helps keep the phone secure in my hand. A lot harder to drop it.I love how thin the case is.I love how I can use it with my magnetic car mount.Now for the bad:The ring on the back has a pin that keeps it in place. Well, the pin keeps sliding out and the ring gets loose and flops back and forth. It's not solid. I keep having to bang the pin back in for fear that if it comes out too far it will cause the ring to fall off and possibly cause damage to my phone.The worst part was dealing with Vatro who ended up supplying it. They answered my request for help but never went any further. I emailed at least 5 times and never got any further responses. I had to reach out to Amazon to rectify my purchase issue and get a refund.
