They still make Gateway computers?
Works excellent. Faster than my Dell with dual core processor. Was surprised Gateway computers was still around. This was a great value.

RAM not upgradeable
I am literally dumbfounded as to why gateway would not allow for upgradable RAM in this laptop. This is a terrific laptop! Upon first review, it feels more solid and sturdy than even it's competitors Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc. I love the touch screen and the 2-1 foldable screen. But, But, But... anyone knows that a core i7 12th gen processor demands 16GB RAM. I'm so disappointed. I really like this laptop but I am sending back because the RAM is not upgradable.
