ONLY LASTED FOR A MONTH. Quit working ordered another one . SAME THING!!

I would give this 5 stars for comfort as it is very comfortable to wear, but then it went all down hill from there. When i couldnt get it to work, I finally read the instructions. However, the instructions were too small to read. I had to have a magnifying glass to read them, literally. I charged it for several hours and decided to try it while attending my online class. At first the only time it vibrated was when I turned it on. I put it in place for about 20 minutes and continued my class. Nothing happened. I set it on the desk and started my return and amazingly it started to vibrate. I put it on and could only get it to work if I hunch way over. It didn't work if I was sitting up, even if I was slouching. I had to be almost prone for it to activate. I gave up and finished my return. I would like to try one that vibrates all the time and for which has different vibration settings. I think that would work better for me. That is what I thought I was buying, but not what I got. I'll keep searching for the product I want.

This is not a neck massager as it is falsely claimed to be. It is a posture reminder and only vibrates when your supposed posture is incorrect and even that it fails to do because it's only based on the angle of the device. Save your money
