I like that there's no dye in this one (not sure about any of the other flavors), but it's very salty. I don't usually notice that in other electrolyte brands even when other people do, but there's something about this where I get a flavor profile of SALT!...fruit punch. It's not my favorite because of that, and I let my family try them who did say there was a little bit of a weird flavor going on. You might like them better but be aware of the salt flavor.

Just found out Amazon sell thiiiiiiss!! Been using for 6months+(use during work or my workouts) been helping with my cramps for long standing on feet, and gives you that e energy to keep going! They’re so refreshing! If you’re looking for something that keeps you hydrate and tastes good in an affordable $ you gotta try this one! Check the lemon flavor taste like you having a lemonade(add ice &thank me later😉)

I love Liquid Labs and drink several a day in water or in Diet Mountain Dew. I love the Fruit Punch flavor. It immediately makes me feel better and gives me energy that I didn’t have before. The rapid hydration, increased energy, and focus is real y’all. I have never found a powder that I could dissolve in liquid that actually works!! I order 4 boxes every 2 weeks because my husband loves it too!! He’s a diabetic and has to stay hydrated. We both start our day with 3 Liquid Labs in 3-16 oz bottles of water. We can definitely tell a difference when we don’t have our Liquid Lab. I feel that it is an economical way to stay hydrated. There are 20 in a box, so 4 boxes gives us 80 every 2 weeks. Our next delivery is in 2 days and I am like a child at Christmas!! I can’t wait!!

Helps when using reverse osmosis water, since that water is stripped of the minerals ,with the process. The only thing we don’t like is the added sweetener, cause it has an aftertaste.

Good flavor with no after taste. Refreshes almost instantly and definitely hydrates the body

Fruit punch taste is not great

I donate plasma twice a week and to do this successfully it is very important that you stay hydrated. I have done lots of comparing and Liquid Lab has several flavor options and is cheaper than similar drinks such as Liquid IV.

This is the most vile tasting drink mix I've ever had. Literally tasted like poison. I wanted to like them because of the quality ingredients, but they are undrinkable.
