I like this edge control. Held my edges down all day! Nice and fun fruity scent. It wasn’t tested in extreme humidity only about 75 degrees out. Not too hot out. I don’t think it would hold the rest of my 4c hair down though

This edge control stood the test of time and heat and sweat during my Jamaica trip. Its my second time purchasing it and I will be purchasing it again. Like all products with time your hair becomes accustomed to it. So in between months swap out with other brands and come right back to it when its time.

I was so excited when I opened this and touched the product because I could tell it would stick. Nothing else has held my edges, they have known no master in my 37 years.This held my edges. My edges are still held a day later. I’m worried I’ll rip my hair when I try to get it off. Well, you can’t have it both ways, I asked for something to hold.The problem comes from the product turning white a few hours in. This gel was applied on clean damp hair with no other product underneath. But the gel formed white gelatinous patches around my edges, I don’t want to say what it looked like, but I actually gasped when I saw it while passing a mirror later.Almost had the perfect product but … not yet. I’m not going to toss it yet, I’m desperate to figure this out - it didn’t form white patches EVERYWHERE only in certain areas. I don’t think I was heavy handed - my hair is determined to curl, I applied enough to make it stay put.Otherwise it has pleasant smell - I am very sensitive to scents and worried at first, but it dissipated quickly enough to not bother me. It has great hold. If I can figure out how to end the white patch siege I’ll say it’s a good value for the money, I’ve seen more expensive gels flake and not do a darn thing to hold.
