We just use ours for searching the web, emails, looking at our pictures and other basic things that seniors do. It’s fast and stores everything we need. It is easy to use , not touch screen. We use ours plugged into electrical, don’t know about the battery,

I've owned many Dell laptops and have always been happy with the performance.

I needed a developer laptop for a contract job. This one was on a president's day sale and looked like it would work. The good: decently fast, good amount of memory and SSD, quick boot. The not-so-good: lack of on-board ports forced me to buy a dock station. A Powered dock station that DOES NOT power the laptop - so there is a jumble of cords all over. Dock station has external HDMI / DP, Wired ethernet, USB. For my use-case, I need those ports so I have to lug the dock station everywhere. Other than that - it has sufficient oomph for software development and testing. Even with the dock - the price was right.

Its much slimmer than the previous and lighter. Should have more usb ports and I forgot to check for a cd drive. But its faster than the previous.

I mostly use this laptop for my 3d printer hobby. It's a great machine. Nice sized screen, good sound, good battery life. Camera and microphone are good for video calls. I have no complaints. Highly recommend.

Dell has gone downhill. This was a lemon from the start. I purchased this for my daughter for college and it arrived on time, however in hindsight we believe it was used and returned. The audio crackled from the start. The screen glitched out periodically and continues to do so. Today the computer won’t turn on or off and it is severely overheating… the fan runs and stops and it seems like it’s going to catch fire because it gets so hot. What a scam- lucky we still have an HP as a backup… I’m sticking this thing outside before it burns the house down. We couldn’t be more disappointed.

At a 30% discount and monthly payment options this was an excellent value. My new pc has exceeded expectations. All bookmarks transferred easily from my old laptop. I'm sold on this product!

I'm typing this review on the laptop itself. Battery lasts me about 4-6 hours, which is decent. It's a significant upgrade speed-wise from my old Zenbook - plus, it's lightweight and looks good. The USB-C charging is a big plus for me. No issues at all so far. As a software engineer, I appreciate that it handles Docker and multiple containers without breaking a sweat, and I can still enjoy Netflix on the side. Just a heads-up, despite the listing, this model doesn’t have a touchscreen. Overall, quite satisfied with its performance.

Works smooth, I always wanted a glossy screen but this laptop's screen is mat and I love it, it looks so warm to eyes , clarity , pixels, brightness, everything is perfect, battery also runs for sufficient period, but Only one issue camera, I just hate it, but who use laptop camera, people always busy a separate camera for laptop so I would highly recommend this laptop bcz of other specs
