Looks great, seems to be helping with sound
I read lots of other reviews that suggested not putting it directly on the wall, I agree. I laid down large paper and put it all together first. It takes some time to get it right. Then I peeled each piece and stuck it to the paper, cut off the extra backing and hung it on the wall. I used command strips. It took about an hour to do the whole thing but I love the way it looks. I have it in my office/ guest room and between that and adding some panels on the doors, I think it's helping with sound.

No more noisy neighbor
This is a very large wall covering. I purchased it for a number of reasons: 1. Sound proofing (I have a neighbor who screams bloody murder anytime something doesn't go her way.) 2. Wall Art, 3. Fire resistant. I could have purchased a bunch of ugly black egg foam tiles and stuck them to my wall, but my cat would have scratched them to bits, they would have been unsightly, and highly flammable. So, I picked these tiles as they were the most affordable, soundproof, attractive, and fire-resistant choice available. I had to measure out, level and mark where to put the tiles before I stuck them to the wall. Once they are stuck, they are STUCK. I also took time to lay out all the tiles together on the floor before I placed them on the wall. I love the final result... my neighbor's voice is much softer, the wall looks nice as a backdrop for zoom meetings, and I don't have to worry about tiles falling off the wall or catching fire. I DID misplace one tile and had to rip it off the wall and re-stick it... that was awful. I could not get the sticky off the wall and had to put double sided tape under the tile to re-stick it in the correct place. Highly recommend.

Installation Tip!
I really like these. I'm not expecting a huge acoustic difference. If you want that, buy something thicker.I bought for the aesthetic to fill a blank wall.As others have mentioned, the backing on the panels is very sticky making it difficult to apply perfectly. Here's a trick. Use a razer blade to cut a circle from the film on the back and only peel back that section (see pic). It's plenty enough to stick and it's easier to slightly reposition or remove if you need to. You just twist it off.Next. If you're using the mountain pattern like me, use a level to draw a horizonal line across your wall as a guideline. Assemble from bottom up.Take your time. For each piece, "dry fit" it and use your level to confirm it's straight. Look closely at the edges ensuring that flow and match up.If you cut a piece from the middle and need to pull it off the the wall you can just cut another piece of the backing off.If the edges are coming up, just peel off the edges of the triangles.Hopefully this helps some people out who don't want to use poster board or plywood as a backer.

Stylish
I am not sure if this works from the sound proofing standpoint but it is very stylish and a great wall piece

Really cool design for acoustic panels
My son just rented his first apartment and discovered pretty quickly how loud the neighbors can be. After researching acoustic panels, I found these and really liked the design. These do not sound proof by any stretch but definitely muffles neighbor noise to at least a tolerable level. Aesthetically these look fantastic. However, I will mention not all the pieces of each color block match nor is the sizing of each piece consistent. Fortunately, it didn’t affect the overall image. As far as assembly, I would highly recommend buying heavy duty construction paper or very thin plywood in order to make a template to mount these on. The adhesive is extremely strong and since my son is renting we didn’t want to damage the paint/Sheetrock and these definitely would. I ended up mounting these on construction paper (taped the seams) and then using commando strips to mount the entire piece to the wall. Worked out amazingly well. So much so, my younger son wants the same thing on his bedroom wall. This will be my second purchase and second assembly. Sigh.

Follow these steps for easier install
This is a great product, but it's easy to mess up the install. Spend a few extra bucks to make this easier and a long term solution. 1. Buy a sheet of 1/4 in plywood or a sheet of hardboard2. Cut down to size - 63"x31"3. Fix some picture frame mounts to the plywood4. Lay the tiles out on the plywood and make sure everything is lined up perfectly5. One by one, pick up a tile, remove backing and lay it back down carefullyNow this can be taken down or moved

Colors are impossible to tell apart
I got the camel mountain pack (the one with mostly gray-black tones) and between the similarities of the colors and the printed diagram being darkened compared to how they look in real life, it is impossible to match and decipher which color tile is which. I'm not color blind. They should have come labelled. I'm pretty sure I wasted $50 already sticking a bunch of them in the wrong place on my wall. It's partly on me for not laying them out on the floor to test it out first, but a well designed product will be labelled accordingly (either with bags or the back of the tiles themselves).

Works As Advertised
These are about the cheapest pre-cut, adhesive acoustic tiles you can get. 99% of them were cut at the correct angle. Used a laser level to align. Once they are on the wall, there is little margin for error, so lay them out in the pattern you want beforehand. Backing was slightly difficult to remove at times and some corners needed to be straightened out.Would buy again.

Very Good Quality
These acoustic panels are really good and easy to install. The adhesive on the back is really good. The only reason I gave because of the difficulty I had to peel off the cover of the sticky side. There should be a loop or something so one can easily peel off the cover. Otherwise, great product and gives a good aesthetic look. Beautiful design.

Goid quality and easy to put on
I bought it for my home office to stop the echo and it does the job. It was easier to put on than I thought. Good quality and my turtle loves it 😉
