Perfect replacement fit for the model. I don’t expect it to last very long based on fabric durability but it was only $100 so I’ll be good with at least 1 year. We’ll see, maybe I’ll update this review later as we approach that time. Overall very pleased with it so far, probably been 2 months since I installed it. No, it’s not waterproof. There is another replacement for this model from Gardenwinds but it costs roughly 250 bucks and has reviews just as bad if not worse than this one. It’s supposed to be the bees knees but I wasn’t gonna spend that kinda money if it was gonna fail as soon as this one. So, spend $100 and know it’s not the highest quality but gets the job done for a little while or roll the dice and get the Gardenwinds.

Not waterproof

We bought a canopy from Costco in 2018 or so and this replacement top was a perfect fit.However, when installing it I noticed the fabric wasn't as thick as the original and there are considerable gaps at the seams. It'll be functional as a shade area, but won't keep the rain away. I also don't expect it to last anywhere near as long.

Fits my gazebo frame just fine. There are small holes along all of the stitching and the material is definitely not as heavy duty as the original top that came with the frame.There are no hook and loop straps on the corners like the original; so when this stretches (and it will) it will flap in the breeze on the frame.This top is NOT water proof or even water resistant. I originally had my doubts, but after a small rain storm it was confirmed. Everything is soaking wet after just a few hours.It’s fine for providing shade as new but we’ll see how well it holds up over time. I’ve only had this up for about 2 months now.
