Flimsy
Flimsy product. The product had a very weak electrical current from the beginning of its use. I had hoped that this would improve however it did not and became even weaker. I tried to use the special conducting gel but it did not resolve the underlying issue with the product itself. I realised that in my own case the product had come in a flimsy state.
