I have severe acid reflux so much that it scared my esophagus until it ruptured a few years ago. I since was told about how bad I had acid reflux and knew I had to get something to help keep things down. This pillow is very comfortable. I am impressed by it's ability to feel like memory foam, yet you don't sink into it and offers support on my back which was a plus. I definitely encourage buying the extra pillow cases, they're nice a soft as well. Worth every penny. The different sizes are very helpful. I didn't know which one to go for really. I am 6'2 and I wanted something I could sleep on and also use to sit up in bed. I went with the 10 In one. It was perfect for sitting up and maybe even sleep, yet I'd go for a size or more smaller if you're interested in just using it for sleep only. Any bigger I think it really would be mostly for sitting up, but definitely still would be comfortable to dose off on. Of course for me I couldn't sleep that high, but maybe other people are already accustomed to sleeping with a wedge so whatever suits ya I guess. :)

It was extremely uncomfortable trying to sleep on top of this pillow. I tried it for a whole month and didn't work. I had body aches the next morning. I decided to give it another try, but only using the small long pillow and to my surprise, it worked! That's the only reason I didn't return this huge pillow. My husband says that I'm not snoring anymore. At the end is case by case and pure luck.

Use this for comfortable sleeping, Relieves back pain, very easy to use.

Make sure to look at the measurements before you buy this. It is very big. I couldn’t get comfortable on it. Also, there is no removable for it.

Recently had surgery and could not lay flat. This was the perfect answer to my problem was able to get out of bed with little effort and no pain. Well made very comfortable

Worst toxic chemical smell ever!!!! It was only in the room for less than 5 minutes and after it was removed the room still has a very strong chemical smell from the pillow!! That can't be safe or healthy!! The foam pillow itself was very cheaply made and no it glued evenly. It was also too soft for support and way too small for an average person!! If you are 5 feet or less it would work. At only 5'8" when my head was on it the bottom didn't even reach mid back and it's supposed to go to your lower back to suppot you properly. Worst pillow I've tried!

Like the size and price. Yes it’s a bit odiferous, let air out couple days and smell is gone. It’s firm, take a little getting used to, only 2 nights so far. Much cheaper than medcline pillows. Pillow cover is soft. Happy with purchase.

I have some lung problems that cause me to cough a lot any time I’m sick or have allergies. I have to sleep elevated but I’m always falling off pillows during the night and it’s super uncomfortable. I use to wake up with neck pain. This pillow is super comfortable even when I lay on my side. The gradual incline keeps me from falling off. I really like that it has a spare case so I can change it before washing. The only thing that wasn’t great was the snaps for the round neck pillow. The snaps aren’t strong enough to keep it attached, but I didn’t find it necessary for the neck pillow to be attached. It was still comfortable. If the snaps had worked I would have give this pillow 4 stars. I’m sleeping through the night again, hardly coughing at all and my neck is feeling so much better.
