Pit Pourri All Day-All Over Natural Deodorant, Coconut Vanilla and Sandalwood - 2.00 Ounce (Pack of 1)

We have been using pit pourri prior to the packaging change. The product works. Be sure to roll up prior to taking off the plastic top. The smell is neutral in my opinion BUT the product works. It is thick so if you are going sleeveless I would rub in with my hands after application. I will continue to this product even with a few “imperfections” (no smell and thick) bc it’s the ONLY natural deodorant I have tried that actually holds.

Seriously, folks, why doesn't someone in your product development department consult with Elon Musk and figure out how to package this stuff in a container that works, OR, maybe just sell it in a jar as a cream. I have been using this product for more than 2 years, and I have NOT YET had a container that worked. The cardboard tube was awful, and I was eventually told that the problem was heat related, so I ordered up in the winter. Didn't work. Almost got a hernia trying to push it up. Was so excited when I saw that it came in a traditional deodorant package, and have not yet had one of them work either. The wheel that you twist to get the product "up" is so tight that I have nearly scraped off my fingerprints. Have to use channel locks to turn it. My deodorant should not require tools. Anyhoo, why do I keep buying it? Because it works. It is a great product. Please, please, please, PooPourri, get your package issues worked out. I am going to try some other products in the mean time, and if I find an acceptable one, I won't be back.

I had noticed that after a massage i would get a foul arm pit smell that seemed to last for days after. Nothing worked to prevent it, or to get rid if it. When I opened the product I was skeptical because it is packaged as a stick, but when I took off the lid the consistency was more of a very thick paste. I decided to try it anyway (don't advance product too high out of tube). I applied a small amount and spread it over the entire pit and decided to test how effective it was by not showering and putting a little more product on each day. After 5 days, there was zero odor! Just the soft subtle sent of coconut. It May have continued to prevent odor, but I couldn't stand not showering any longer so I stopped my test. I can say thar this product works the best of any product I've ever used! It just takes getting used to the applicator and not using too much. If you suffer from pit odor, try it, it works.

Pros:- helpful with my sensitive skin- great at blocking odor (can work for long time periods without reapply)- scent is mild (likely won't overwhelm perfumes and does not smell 'fake' like a typical deodorant)- recommend applying thin layers (easy to accidently overapply)- one tube may last longer than a monthCons:- waxy/deodorant build up on clothes that's not easy to wash out- very few scents and no "unscented" availableOverall, 4/5 stars because although this is a more expensive deodorant, it is one of the few that works with my sensitive skin and blocks odors. I've tried many different deoderants for sensitive skin and this brand consistently works the best for my skin while blocking odors. I've used this brand for multiple months and it still does its job.The biggest critique is that this deoderant can easily form a waxy build up on the armpit areas of clothes and it's not easy to wash out. For my clothes, there needs to be an extra soak/scrub step to help wash and prevent further deodorant build up.

I am editing my review. The deodorant works great, but the last two I received were faulty. This one was a mess. The deodorant literally melted all over the lid. I don't know if they changed their formula. This is the second time . I asked for a replacement, but if it looks like this, I won't order again.I have stinky armpits. I have tried so many different deodorants. Deodorants with aluminum, deodorants without aluminum, clinical strength, all natural, deodorants with charcoal. I have even bought Lume. I have to reapply all of them several times a day. Most of them make me itch.I have been using this for almost a week. I applied after a shower before bed. I didn't stink in the morning. I washed and reapplied. I have a physical job. I didn't have to reapply at lunch. I didn't have to reapply when I got home. I worked an outdoor event in the heat and I didn't stink when I got home. I think the price is high, the consistency is weird, but it really does work and it doesn't itch

I can honestly say, I've used so many deodorants, deodorants that have made me itch like crazy or deodorants that don't make me itch but I stink after a few hours. This deodorant I've only been using for a few days and it's phenomenal I have been searching for this kind of deodorant for years and I'm thankful I did some research and came across it 🙏

Very cakey upon application and does not eventually melt into ski. Lots of little globs. Smells like patchouli. Gave me a rash

I guess unless you really need this type of deodorant, I would not recommend it. Especially for the price you pay.I couldn't hardly get the lid off & when I did. It wouldn't roll up right. It is nasty, in my opinion. The texture is a ucky cream based. Thick, gooey substance.Not sure how well it works because I could get past the texture of it. I used it one day & seemed ok, but I don't plan on using it again. No way.And that's my opinion on this product.
