Bought this camera after my last one stopped working. This camera was half the price and works a treat. Picture quality is very good and has a slot for mini sd card so you can look back to see who was at your door if you have missed a visitor. Set up was fairly straight forward. No plugging in Ethernet cables. Door bell is robust and of good quality. The ring chime can be powered by x3 WAS batteries if there is no electrical socket where you need the chime to sit, or powered via USB cable. The doorbell can be fitted using the screws provided or you can use double stick tape. The stick tape that came with the doorbell is minimal and in my opinion could be easily dislodged. Fortunately I had a roll of tape and used this to good effect. Battery life looks good. Had it working for 2 days now and only used 4% . The app for the bell has a fair menu on it, but after 30minutes of playing around with it, you get to grips. My last door bell had continuous recording option that was great. This one seems to record only when the bell is pressed.. I might be wrong... still early days. The two way audio is great and clear. Very pleased with this doorbell.

I just got this yesterday. The initial set-up instructions are clear and easy to follow, however, once you get the doorbell and chime set up you have to play around with the app to find out how to do the rest (motion sensor, theft etc.).I connected it to my Alexa Echo Show but couldn't get it to work so I contacted the supplier. They gave me the following instructions:-Hello,Please follow the below steps to connect your device to Alexa.1. Register an Amazon account.2. Log in to Echo Show with your registered Amazon account, and then Echo Show will be bound to your Amazon account.3. Tap 'Link with Alexa' in the CloudEdge App, and use your registered Amazon account to log in. The connection is complete.4. Then you can wake up Alexa by your voice. For example, you can say 'Alexa, show me the doorbell camera'.Or you can also find 'Smart Home' in the drop-down menu, and then find your device (doorbell) to watch.I had already tried their steps 1-4 which didn't work. However, I went through the 'Smart Home' drop-down menu on the Echo Show, which did work. Now when I say "Alexa show me the doorbell" it works as it should and shows the camera view. I can only presume that you need to do it manually before Alexa learns what to do.Edit 01/12/23The tamper alarm keeps going off when someone presses the doorbell! The supplier has been helpful in going through various steps with me to try and fix this, but nothing has stopped this from happening, so they're going to replace it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this because it has no subscription service like other doorbells which end up costing a lot.Installing this is relatively easy. To set up you must download the app and connect it to the app through Wi-Fi. There’s a key to take off the camera from wherever it’s fitted which is good to ensure no one robs it. The camera is battery operated. Although batteries are provided I prefer to use rechargeable batteries in all my devices.The camera itself can be set up on multiple devices which is good so me and my wife can have access. All you need is the app. The features like motion detection and voice changed are priceless. One big benefit of this camera over others Is you can store on SD card where as others use a cloud service which again is through the subscription which means you’re forever being charged. The image quality is brilliant. Communication with delivery/courier is perfect without lag. Motion detection is brilliant so if there’s any movement immediately a notification is sent onto your phone through the app which you have the choice of turning off.Overall very good price with good features. Camera is solid and build quality is high.
