The media could not be loaded. I made the mistake of buying cheap clipper set to finish grooming my cousin's dog Biscuit when my clippers broke. These cleaned up what the cheap set didn't cut. They're quieter then my old ones and the cheap ones. Definitely recommend for any cosmetologist/ groomer like myself. Great price for both regular clippers and trimmers with all the guards. Also includes combs, cape, cleaning brush and some clipper oil. Even has a nice soft case (I'd prefer a hard case) but it's made well. My last set I got just the clippers and guards on sale for $20 so this set with all included for a litte more than double was worth it. My cousin's dog Biscuit is a Shih Tzu and she gets a short haircut before summer. She gets about 3-4 haircuts a year so having good clippers is very important.

The first one we purchased came with an Amazon sticker that indicated that it was previously opened and resealed. We sent it back no problems, and ordered another one, which came in a completely new and unopened/non-resealed box. This Andis is much better than our old (i.e., 15 years) Whal, which worked fine, but eventually just cracked recently. These Andis runs or rubs much smoother on your scalp because they seemed to have rounded the edge(s) that run on and touch your scalp. I think this is great, since I occasionally had some pain (with the Whal) running over the occasional pimple.The cutting seems better in that there are finer/smaller cut hairs (than the Whal), which I attribute to two things: faster motor (which also seems quieter than my Whal) and perhaps sharper blade (but cannot prove/test this). These Andes both cut shorter than my old Whal; but to be fair, I did zero out the Andis clipper (the Andis t-trimer didn't seem to be able to be zero-out); and with the Whal if I tried to zero it out, it seemed like the blade would cut uneven (i.e., higher on one side and lower on the other).The only minor drawback is that with my Whal, I used to be able to clearly hear when hair was being cut (as opposed to when the area was already cut). Whereas with these new Andis, the sound of hair being cut (because that area was not already run over), is much fainter/softer. I liked being able to hear when the hair is being cut (or more precisely when the silence when the hair was already cut) because I could know whether or not that area needed more attention.

The clippers were better than expected. Very powerful and very quiet. Very compact size, not to bulky. The trimmers were basically a smaller pair of clippers. Not sharp at all. Trimmers need to be sharpened and adjusted. No line ups with these

RUN VERY VERY SLOW, I PAID FOR DELIVERY AND WAS NOT HAPPY AND REQUESTED A REFUND AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO DROP THE PRODUCT OFF AT AN UPS PICK UP. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT OR THE HASSLE TO DO THAT FOR ME. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER AND NOT THIS PRODUCT IT IS PURE TRASH -10 STARS.

This product is decent. I am practicing to start cutting my own hair so i started off kinda cheap. Dont cheat yourself..these can get the job done maybe with a little sharpening, but straight from the box they are dull. Its almost as if its ripping hair out than cutting.

The blade on the clippers gets hot SO QUICKLY and it doesn't like to get all the hair in one pass so I find myself going over and over the same spots. Super disappointed and my return window is closed. May reach out to andis directly. I've reordered a new cordless envyLi to replace these clippers I've used for less than 4 months.I have been a loyal exclusive andis barber tools customer since beauty school in 2009 and they have never let me down. I've had andis bgrc's, masters, the envy clippers and an assortment of different andis trimmers. This set is great, especially for the money. I appreciate the size of the travel case for me to store my tools. The tools in the set of course fit comfortably, as does my andis foil shaver, andis masters and my andis clipper comb. It also comes with a cape which I feel is low quality, but its nice that they include that. It also came wiith a pair of very basic shears, which I won't use but still nice that they are also provided. They include 2 combs- different styles. One of them is the only kind of comb I like and use, and the other is very basic. It comes with all the attachment lengths. Nothing came damaged, and it came on time as scheduled. Plugged both tools in. They are quiet and comfortable to hold. Not super heavy, not as heavy as the andis masters I have which is nice. Only thing that would make the tools better is for them to be battery, but the cords are plenty long so no big deal. I will update my review should I run into any problems, but I feel confident I will enjoy these tools as much as all the other andis tools I've had in the past. They're not very sharp and they don't make a clean cut on the first try. I'll be going back to my old andis trimmers
