Great ice packs.
So glad they came out with this design and the velcro to wrap around them. I use them for when my ankles swell and it doesn't hurt my ankles if I just use them without a towel but that's up to you. They are just perfect for almost any part of your body because of the material they use. These are awesome and highly recommend them.

Really great ice pack. Stays in place which is very nice and stays cold for a long time. I have four of them and they have been in use for many years off and on.

Great for multi-use but doesn’t get super cold
I love this cube ice pack but I expected it to get more cold than it does. The cold goes away within 20 minutes but I normally don’t need an ice pack for more than that anyways. It’s super flexible can be used for all over your body.

Cubed ice pak possibly my favorite one.
Best icepak I own. Soft, flexible, holds cold a little longer then others I have. I will buy the bigger one if I need one larger.

There are better Comfcube products
Does not get as cold/stay cold as long as the Comfcube Ice Pack for Neck and Shoulder Pain and the Comfcube Migraine and Headache Relief Ice Cap. Velcro strap comes undone quite easily.
