Nice replacement for eggs in a recipe. I appreciate that it's vegan as well. A little pricey though.

This is a great substitute for eggs when making cookies. I feel safer eating the raw cookie dough with my kids and save money since eggs are so expensive. I couldn’t taste any difference with raw or baked cookies. Use warm water in separate container to mix the powder to avoid clumps and add to batter. My sister (vegan) showed this to me and loves it too.

I bought it to use less eggs and everything has turned wonderfully! I’ve even used it to meal prep pans of baked breakfast oats bars and it was moist but not crumbly

The product does not break down as stated in the instructions with lukewarm water. I found I have to get the water a little bit hotter and I still have issues with the product breaking down. I've only used this twice. Both times the cake came out stodgy and didn't taste very good so I'm definitely going to have to add some additional ingredients.

These are really yummy and I would recommend and buy again. They are a good quality and really easy to use. Over all they are a bit pricey.

I have an egg allergy, and like to bake. For several years I have used EnerG's egg replacer, and have not been satisfied with the texture of the cakes/ cornbread/ etc. made with it. Other products have a legume base, and taste beany--which is not okay, either. The baked goods using Judee's are moist, and have a delicate crumb. The directions say to mix with warm water. I use 208 degree water from our water boiler. I am so happy with this product!

You would think an egg replacer would not be made in a facility that packages egg... not very vegan, and certainly leaves no confidence in it actually being egg free
