Product description Smooth and subtly sweet. Our loose-leaf Nepal Silver Tips tea is grown on a family-run plantation between the borders of the Ilam and Sikkim provinces of Nepal. Harvested by hand in spring, the tea’s leaves are distinctly silver in colour, turning whole fields into shimmering meadows in the sun. Why it’s special: White tea is the least processed tea, and comes from the camellia sinensis plant. Simply dried with no fermentation, this means our Nepal tea retains more antioxidants than any other tea. It makes a delicious and subtle alternative to green tea. fragrant white tea - excellent taste and makes a great relaxing drink
A very light, delicate, fragrant white tea - excellent taste and makes a great relaxing drink. The low caffeine content is also great for anyone who is particularly sensitive to caffeine (such as myself).Note that this is a WHITE tea - it sounds like at least one other reviewer didn't appreciate this when they bought the product. White teas are typically much lighter than green, black or other fermented tea varieties.
