These taste and smell so awful. Tried to cut in half and swallow …. No good. Texture is hard.

I was so excited to find chewable Dim. I’ve been taking capsules of Dim for years. I have trouble swallowing most pills unless they are tiny. But these don’t seem to work as well as the capsules. Not as potent or something. I probably won’t buy again.

Does as it says it will and has a great flavor and was delivered very fast. Definitely recommend!

This gummy tasted so bad. The taste stays in your mouth for a long time. If you like fish flavored gummies. Then this is for you. I did not want to waste my money on pills so we bought these instead. We tried to continue to eat them, but I couldn’t. They ended up in the trash where they belong.

Very easy to take, I’ve been taking it for about a week now and I can tell the difference. My hormones feel more balanced and I’m starting to break a weight loss plateau thst I hit. I’ve taken other DIM supplements and not really felt the difference. So this is a plus.

Even just taking them I can tell a difference I have more energy and I’m less irritable than without taking something. I’ve used another brand that took longer to start working so I will update at the end of the month so really see what changes happen. So far so good though!

The flavor is so nasty I spit it out ... couldn't even get one down.

i haven't been taking them long enough to know if they're working but the taste is gross - a capsule might be better because then at least you can't taste it
