I didn’t realize how much this was helping until I looked back after 7 days of taking it and realized I was genuinely feeling happy. Like, really really happy. I also had a calmer mind and positive outlook on things which helped me to accomplish more during the day. I’ve been searching for a natural remedy for my depression for quite some time. I just couldn’t do the side effects of pharmaceuticals anymore and I think I finally found a replacement.The only reason I give this 4 stars is because this supplement unfortunately does increase my appetite a bit more even though it is supposed to help with cravings. It does the opposite for me and I think it has to do with my happy mood. So I do have to be a little mindful when it comes to eating. Other than that, I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with feelings of hopelessness and daily stress!

I have always used L-Tyrosine for its mood boosting benefits. Mood-Up not only contains L-Tyrosine but 1 gram of DL-phenylalanine, an amino acid that has uplifting properties. Chromium is included as an appetite suppressant. Vitamin C and B6, magnesium & calcium increase the bioavailability and help support the absorption of these ingredients. Altogether, the formula works as a beneficial mood strengthener. The suggested serving is 4 capsules daily, but even consuming half that amount will most likely give you positive effects because the dosages are so high. Other brands often list negligible amounts of their ingredients but NuEthic Formulations doesn’t scrimp on their dosing quantities. Whether you take 2 or 4 capsules daily, the gluten free, dairy free, non GMO, vegetarian formula will most likely be a worthwhile addition to your daily routine.

I took these pretty regularly for a few week in place of my regularly set vitamin routine and I feel like they made a decent difference. I already took a number of these prior to taking these so they may have been part of it, but it definitely helped with my sleep and probably serotonin level. For the price, its actually pretty reasonable for a tailored nutritional supplement

I view NuEthix as a trustworthy brand as I have heard of them before and they have plenty of products and good reviews listed on Amazon.This type of mood supplement has the standard associated goods like vitamins C and B6, folate, calcium, magnesium. So far I feel fine taking them (at least not any worse).One minor gripe is the serving is 4 capsules per day (180 caps = 45 day supply).Overall, a pretty good mood blend supplement in the market, from a known brand. Current price of ~$50 for 45 days supply a bit pricey IMO. 4-STAR rating by me in consideration of price/value/choices.

I really like this formulation by NuEthix, that contains several ingredients that I would normally take separately. After taking these, I didn’t have any issues or adverse reactions. And I found the capsules to be easy to take. I had a good experience with this supplement overall.

I've taken most of the ingredients of this mood up supplement in the past with no negative effects and have had none with this combination either. I've only tested with 2 daily capsules, half their recommended dose otherwise, I'd be doubling up more than ideal on a couple of the ingredients as I take them already in other supplements. Easy to swallow for me.I still feel this is effective for it's stated purpose and noticed a difference when I took a break after several weeks of using this.I'm not sure how I feel about the value, it's a bit on the high side.

This Mood Up supplement contains a lot of boosting vitamins, such as 5 HTP, Rhodiola root extract, and vitamin B6. I already take these individual separately, so I know they work for me. I either take two of these instead, or one in addition to the supplements I already take.These also contain other good supplements in them for general health, such as vitamin C. If you see the daily values these contain, they are very high if you take the full dose of four pills. For example, four pills contain 1,471% of the daily value for vitamin B6. So for most people, taking one or two pills will probably work fine.NuEthix Formulations appears to be an American company, and manufactured in Treasure Island, Florida. The capsules are medium sized and easy to swallow. There is no flavor or aftertaste. I would recommend these.
