Uncomfortable and saw no beneficial effects
These were too difficult to put on and I didn't notice any slimming or toning effect. They did keep my feet warm though on a particularly cold night when I used them as bed socks. I've thrown them away now.

It does what it says helps to generate more sweat as you exercise fits like tights over your arm and is made of very similar material.

For slim arms
These are like tights.They aren't comfy on my arms but I'm sure they'd be fine on slimmer arms.They are very tight at the ends which meant I couldn't wear them.Arrived early.
