Great addition to my bedroom, I put it up on the and it swings out perfectly so I can see the TV when I'm laying in bed, very durable. Be carefull though the products is very weighty.. I was hanging it on a plasterboard wall and I was a bit worried about the weight specially with the weight from the TV also. My tv is a 32" I used good plasterboard fixings and used every fitting hole in the wall plate. I found it easier to take the arm off.. for the plate to the wall and than reassemble the arm because trying to hold it in place to level it and mark it is pretty awkward with the weight of it. You may want to invest in some penny washers also because they don't provide many fixings. All of the moving parts are quite stiff due to being new so I advise a bit of WD40 on them just to make it a bit easier and less chance of ripping it off of the wall. If done properly it is a fantastic product. Highly recommend

I ordered this bracket having moved home and knowing what type of bracket I needed. However by the time I was ready to fit the bracket I realised that I had ordered the wrong one. This was well after the usual 28 day return period.I contacted The Plasma Centre by email and was informed that if I returned the bracket I would get a refund. I did this and the money was back in my account within 2 days. The contact I had, Dylan, was really communicative and helpful.The bracket itself looked and felt pretty bomb-proof, and all the fixings looked more than adequate to fully support the tv. Very solid and does the job. Only reason not 5 stars is that the bolts in the box did not fit the standard vesa mounts on a Samsung tv which was surprising so had to buy alternatives. Helpful little spirit level included - there is no rotational adjustment so it is v important the mount is level on the wall. Seems v good value compared to other alternatives.

Perfect bracket for my TV. Excellent product, well made and sturdy. A couple of slightly minor comments - It's very heavy (thus sturdy) so probably not for all wall structures. It comes with a comprehensive selection of bolts and fittings and even a small spirit level, but the bolts only go up to 6mm whereas my TV fixing points are 8mm and I had to buy bolts separately.

Well made, sold, long reach. a little tight at first but nothing some light oil didn't fix. Only took a star off because the screws and bushes wern't long enough for my TV (Samsung UE32K5500AK) but B&Q did longer screws to match the thread and the longer bushes were sourced on e-bay.

I needed a bracket that moved left to right and up and down. This does that. I had to widen a hole in order to get it to fit properly and buy screws that were a better fit for all the holes that fit against the wall, but it's doing what I need it to. Delivered quickly. Instructions were clear in the box too.

Happy with the delivery time and quality of the wall bracket. Very solid and sturdy. The only small issue was that it didn't come with big enough bolts for the Samsung TV it was meant for so I had to go out and buy some.
