Essentials Food Colouring Icing Whitener For Whitening Buttercream, Sugarpaste or Icing - 80g

This made my buttercream white! Tried beating the butter for ages but still was cream. Adding this worked and it didn’t leave a taste.

I used this for white chocolate ganache. It wished effectively to change the yellow colour to a soft cream making it perfect for my son's wedding cake. The consistency of the ganache didn't noticeably change. I seemed to use a fair amount, although there is actually a lot left.

Works well , icing looks white. I've not used a liquid whitener before. Its good

Bought this to whiten a chocolate ganache and I’m amazed at how good it is!! It didn’t take a lot to whiten and it’s so bright! Much better than Colour Mill (sorry!) and better value for money. It’s a bigger bottle and used much less than I would need from Colour Mill to whiten. So happy to finally find a good whitener! Haven’t tried with buttercream yet but I would imagine it’s just as good as buttercream is less yellow than ganache to start with.

Finding white Edible dye isn't easy nowadays, but this is the best one we've ever had. I use it to dye buttercream, and the consistency and tone of white is perfect for mixing in, will be buying this one everytime at that price.

This is one of the best whiteners I’ve used so far. I’ve tried others but didn’t get the colour even after using loads of product. It’s value for money and the colour of buttercream changes as soon as you add just abit in and give it a good mix. Doesn’t taste the change of buttercream. Easy to pour.
