Very difficult to assemble
It’s not a bad product, but it’s ridiculously difficult to assemble, too many screws, and the tools are cheap. Took me over 8 hours to assemble, can’t even use power tools to speed up the process.

Pretty Good
Erm... how are people gonna put this together when it doesn't have holes to attach the piece??? Piece B doesn't have holes on one side.Update: I changed the 1 star to 4 because unlike any other company, even with a defective part, I was able to request another piece and just the missing piece and they are willing to ship it for free! All you need is all the information on the box that it came in, serial number, part you are missing, and where you purchased the product. Granted the shipped piece was a bit dinged up but that could have been from transit. And I was able to put it together. The tools supplied are basic, so if you didn't have some fancier tool of your own it would take a longer while to crank the bolts in. It's pretty nice.

Great -- with some adjustments
For the price, this is a great frame. It *was* a little difficult to assemble, but I managed to do it on my own in a couple of hours (and, to my bf's amazement, 'without having a strop!'). They send you extra screws etc now just in case, which was handy, as I would have been short otherwise. I have an 8in memory foam mattress on it and it's very comfortable both in bed and couch form. It's very easy to unfold into a bed (just lift and pull out the seat part, and it falls into place). It's a little more difficult to put it back into a couch -- initially I had to use the floor as leverage to push up both the seat and back part at the same time, which was frustrating and unsustainable. The solution I came up with (pictured in the second photo) was to tie a 10-ft piece of rope to the back part, which I can retrieve and pull to lift the back part, as I lift the seat part. I'm now totally able to fold it into a couch by myself, and it takes probably less than 30 seconds. I live on my own in a small bachelor/studio and fold/unfold this every day -- it is my main bed and main couch. Once it was assembled and I figured out how to make the folding process easier, it became a completely functional and comfortable product. I love it! Perfectly sturdy, and actually nice that it's lightweight enough for me to handle (no way would I have gotten anything heavier up three flights of stairs).

Tedious assembly, great customer service
This frame comes with decently thorough instructions and can be assembled solo or with another person. Unfortunately, some of the screw holes in a few pieces were way too small for the accompanying screws (drilling couldn’t do anything) so I needed to contact the company’s customer service for assistance.Customer service was very kind & understanding, and after filling out a form I had replacement pieces sent to me & delivered within the week! Unfortunately, the holes were still a bit too small (seems like a consistent manufacturing issue), however it was big enough for me to fix with a drill.Visually it looks great, and so far it seems to be holding up pretty well. I don’t like how flimsy it feels changing the futon from couch to bed, but I do keep it upright 90% of the time. Hoping it lasts for at least 2 years.

Ouch
We've had and been using this futon for 7 months. We are using a memory foam mattress on it so it hasn't been too bad, however, as a couch, this frame is very low to the ground, and when you sit on it, you are sitting in quite a weird angle. Your hips are much lower than your knees, to the point where you are sitting no more than 5 inches off the ground. The back is also slanted back quite a bit, so sitting on it for a longer period of time is very uncomfortable. It's a weird position. Also, if you are planning on using this as a bed for any more than one or two nights, I would be wary. It doesn't stay laying completely flat if you are laying on it, so that you end up sleeping on a weird angle as well. It folds in the middle like a book. My husband slept on this for a few months because of snoring, and his back was absolutely killing him. Pulling the mattress off and sleeping on the floor was 100 times more comfortable. At the ripe old age of 25 this frame is just too uncomfortable for us. But, it was a cheap alternative to a couch for these 7 months and..well....we needed a couch. So for that purpose, it was absolutely fine.

Its definitly a futon
Kinda has portions of the frame that stand out akwardly. Pulls out fine, little bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but its a futon.

Great Futon Frame
The frame came well packed and with extra screws in each size. Easy to put together and looks exactly as pictured. Plus it is really sturdy.

Me encantó!!!

Springs don't hold back rest up properly
Barley used and hasn't lasted. I have to put the back rest against a wall so it sits properly otherwise it's practically a recliner (not in a good way)
