Great time saver
This item is fantastic. It only took my cats a few hours to get used to it and it saves me so much time. Highly recommended

Looks good
I already got a single bowl one before and it worked well, but I have two cats and they were not sharing so bought the double bowl. Looks really nice and I like the new display.

It does the job, but it's painfully awkward and difficult to use.
I've just had to set this up again and it remains ungainly, difficult to program and awkward. It deposits one portion. Awesome. What is a portion? Don't expect it to tell you clearly. Programming it is fiddly because they haven't given it anything like easy functionality. Really love having to plug it into an extension cord for it to reach the kitchen floor. Love to hold onto a smooth cylinder that they could have moulded a handle into, but didn't, because apparently they want you to hug it to get it off the worktop. Does it deposit food in at least one of the bowls? Yes, once you've finally got it set up. Is it anything other than an utter constant pain to use? No, never.

Reliable
Reliable, fairly easy to set up and then to use ongoing. Holds a good amount of food. Cats haven’t managed to get into it (they get into everything else)

Convenient feeding, uneven food distribution
This is handy to feed my cats early in the morning without having to get up early out of bed and convienient to ensure cats are fed it not home. My only concern is uneven distribution of portions between bowls, which only after buying and searching through lots of reviews was a common complaint.

Perfect
Easy to use and clean out. Good quality, it holds a 1.9kg bag of cat food, good when its feeding time, not too loud but loud enough for the cats to hear
