Lovely little backpack - he only thing my toddler asked for for Christmas! Put it on her back, within about 1 min, one strap came unattached from the bag so I had to carry it the rest of the walk. After about a minute of carrying it by the looped handle, that frayed and also unattached from the bag! There was one small water bottle and a small book inside. We now have one very disappointed child on Christmas day. We will be requesting a full refund and will repurchase elsewhere. This is terribly bad quality.

Bought this bag for my daughter starting nursery. Whilst it fits the enormous list of stuff she needs everyday the straps don’t hold up as well.The bag we received one of the webbed shoulder straps detached from the body before it was ever used.Fairly likely a one off manufacturing issue

Bag ripped after a day

Perfect for my daughter for school, really nice material and perfect size, only thing I would say was the strap kept coming off and came apart but abit of diy it’s all good now
