I bought 3 containers of this Fast Lean Pro, thinking I would give it 3 months to take effect. I have seen NO results. No weight loss No skin change, No GI (constipation) improvements. I have been religious about using it every day in my coffee. I do not think one jar lasts for a whole month. That seems deceptive. II cannot endorse this product. I am sorry that I spent my money on 3 jars. I am seriously considering calling Customer Service and asking for a refund. Do no spend your money on Fast Lean Pro because you will probably not see any change.

Okay, got this thinking could add to coffee - Not! I can however add to warm water and it tastes like honey lemon tea. So, I am doing that. I read you don't really see results for 3 to 5 months. I have seen some after just a week. I'm not loosing any ridiculous about, a couple of pounds. I have been eating all I want, and whatever I want. I encourage you to try it as a breakfast "tea".
