This waist trainer holds you in ok enough. It's not giving me flat stomach but it does hold you in a bit. It's not one to use under tight fitting clothes though so beware of this. Nonetheless, it makesd my love handles disappear and give me a nicer silhouette. It is also comfortable enough to wear while working out.
