I have had this now for a year and half and our cat still loves it. The company stands behind their product no questions asked (which I haven't had to use). The way the arm of the toy goes in/out forward/reverse is a perfect game and keeps our cat interested and entertains. If cat leaves it it goes still for a while (I think 2 hours?) but if cat paws it...it automatically starts up. It is rechargeable and holds a charge for a long time. I have recommended to many of my friends who also have cats. GREAT product, reasonably priced and LOTS of entertainment they can have on their own. Don't hesitate getting it....especially with the product guarantee...nothing to lose. Great company. Great toy!!!

I highly recommend this toy for cats and kittens! I have an almost 5 month old kitten and she has endless energy!! My other cats don’t like to play with her so this toy has been wonderful! It keeps her entertained and stimulated for about an hour every morning, and I turn it on a few times throughout the day when she gets her spurts lol. It’s has kept a full charge for over 4 days now and is motion activated so will turn on and off (great feature) it’s made well and sturdy and I love how quiet it is! Yes you can hear the little toy moving under it but it’s not bad at all! I have recommended it to friends and family and would definitely buy again!

I have two very active cats. I love to play with them, but unfortunately, life has other requirements of me than to shake a mouse on a spring (that's Lieutenant Wiggy-Wag) or shoot my hair ties around my apartment for the enjoyment of my cats. The sad and disappointed faces of my kitties after they wait, wiggling with anticipation for the tenth play session of the day, only to be disappointed when I have actual human things to do makes me feel terrible.Enter this thing, whatever it may be called in actuality, I call it cat heaven in a box. It fully charges in 2 hours, just as the company promises, and then - it provides rapturous delight for hours upon hours. My cats actually left their dinners in their dishes, food could not compare.From a human standpoint it is well-designed, well executed, and surprisingly sturdy. Someone really thought about what a cat would love. It has four modes - the feather moving erratically under the skirt mode, the butterfly fluting around like a maniac mode, the both feather and butterfly doing the things they do simultaneously mode, and feather and butterfly alternating every minute or so mode. There are three speeds: slow or fast or randomly moving like a speed devil and then moving like molasses. My cats adored the random speed and alternating movement settings. The feather goes around in a circle, randomly backing-up, and moving in and out, sometimes fully visible outside the skirt, sometimes gliding around under the skirt which drives the cats bonkers with joy. The butterfly floats around charmingly, with ribbons skimming along behind it; it occasionally bonks a cat in the face, but it's so lightweight it's more of a caress than a knock-out.Which brings me to the surprising fact that despite seeming lightweight and with what you might imagine to be fragile parts and a weak motor (most things charged by concrete bouncing, damaged USB don't have the power to move a potato chip across a tabletop) the thing is sturdy as hunk of concrete and the motor is a beast. After 6 hours of attempted destruction by two cats smacking, pouncing on, lying on, and chewing on the parts: the butterfly, feather, and skirt, nothing broke or even got slightly damaged. The worst that happened (aside from running out of power after something like 6 hours of non-stop intense circling and twirling) was that the butterfly's wire that holds it aloft was bent so that it skipped along the ground instead of floating through the air. But even thought it was bowed, it didn't limp sadly along, it skimmed over the skirt a like a bat out of hell. And when it came time to recharge I was able to easily bend the wire back into shape so it will live to float again.It does come with an extra butterfly and a fish that can be subbed for the feather in case you have a house lion instead of house cats, and you can buy extra butterflies, fish and feathers for it at very reasonable prices if necessary.My cats fell into a deep slumber after after its power finally ran out; now, while it is charging they are both sitting on the ground like little sphinxes, attentively watching the spot on the floor where the toy was, ready to spring into action when it materializes again.In short, this is the best cat toy in existence. If my cats didn't need me to plug in the charger and open cans of cat food, it would probably make me obsolete, but it makes me happy to see them having such a grand time.

Best purchase in cat toys ever! This is day 3 and all 6 kittens and 1 adult still play with it. I even had 1 kitten come to me and meow to turn the toy back on. It does hibernate after a couple minutes of no action. I love that 3 days have passed and I haven't had to charge it yet, and how you can change the toys at the end of the wand. Cats can be destructive, but the butterfly has held up so far. I bought the extra pack just in case. Best value for the money. I would highly recommend over many electronic toys.

My cat loves it. She’s a cat that doesn’t like to engage with human play much—she’d much rather keep herself entertained. Wish the battery lasted longer but then again, idk if I’m maxing it out bc my cat has been crying about it since I showed it to her (lol). I like that the coil is pretty resistant, she likes to tackle the butterfly part at the top and hold it. The mechanism at the bottom can still spin while being held—which I’m pretty sure keep the motor protected for longer. So far so good

My cat played with it for 3 hours the first day. After her breakfast she goes over and has me turn it on. Doesn’t take long to recharge. What I like about it is there are 2 different toys that hook on. My cat doesn’t like feathers but loves the plush toy. She could care less about the butterfly. You can turn on just the toy that goes around or just the butterfly or both. Another good thing is when cat gets bored and walks away it will go in sleep mode (you will see one flashing orange light) and when the cat comes back it can be reactivated when the cat attacks it. If not it will eventually turn off. I found it is easier for the toy to go around if it is not on carpet but it does still work on the carpet. Worth the money.

This is the goofiest cat toy that I've ever seen and my 2 year old kitty loves it!!! The butterfly swirls around above the mat while the feather tail spins under the mat. It goes on a pause when my kitty walks away and starts up again when she goes back to it. So far, it has held up really well during rigorous play and I like that it's rechargeable. They also offer replacement parts for the butterfly and feathers which is a plus.
