Q: Do all the cards have different numbers?

Yes, all 500 sheets have unique numbers

Q: Can you use a pencil to write on the card, or would pen be better?

Pen would be better but I bought bingo dabbers. I’m sure a marker would work also.

I believe I got a pad or two of paper Bingo cards with the set, as well as a cardboard sheet with holes, to keep track of which numbers had been called. I ordered more paper Bingo cards. But no, I don't believe there were any cardboard cards with the set.

Q: Does this work for bingo with numbers 1-75?

yes Peter it is only for numbers 1-75. It doesn't go past 75.
