I bought this jewelry to use as a nostril stud. The largest of the standard sizes, 7, is still slightly too short and my piercing was having difficulty healing. The 8mm was perfect and 14k is has caused no irritation. I’m a happy camper. I do wish this same company could include different tops to interchange.

Perfect size at 5/16 and 3mm love it came a week early quick shipping but also great quality highly recommend haven’t lost a nose ring since I bought this one and I was losing one everyday before this because it would pull out while wearing my mask with this one I never have that issue!

I had a previous pin style nose stud very similar to this that I paid over $400 for as it was a real diamond/14k gold. I liked how the merchant put 2 lengths in with the item for fit, although both were just a little longer than what I needed. Love this style of closure though!
