Gives support, feels comfy
Iโm unfortunately very familiar with ulnar nerve issues after having decompression surgery in both arms years ago. Most days are fine now, but every once in a while I still get that annoying numbness and irritated feeling down into my hand and fingers, especially after sleeping wrong. Some nights one arm bothers me more than the other, so Iโll alternate which side I wear this on depending on whatโs acting up. This has actually been helpful because it stops me from curling my arm up so tightly in my sleep without feeling overly restrictive or uncomfortable. I like that you can adjust the support depending on how your arm is feeling that day by removing the splints if needed. The compression feels supportive without being too tight or cutting into my arm while sleeping. The quality has been good so far and the material feels nicer than I expected. The velcro still holds well, although it does collect lint and fuzz from blankets or clothing over time, so I clean it off every once in a while. For sizing reference, Iโm usually a medium in womenโs tops and the medium fit me well with enough adjustability to tighten or loosen it depending on how much swelling or irritation Iโm dealing with.

Great support for my elbow !!
I bought this elbow brace for extra support during workouts and everyday activities, and it has helped a lot more than I expected. The compression feels supportive without being too tight, and it stays in place pretty well even when moving around a lot. Iโve used it for lifting, typing, and even sleeping when my elbow was bothering me, and it noticeably reduced discomfort and strain. The material is breathable and comfortable enough to wear for long periods without feeling itchy or bulky. What I liked most is that it gives solid support while still allowing good mobility. Some braces feel stiff and restrictive, but this one strikes a nice balance between stability and comfort. The adjustable fit also makes it easy to customize depending on how much compression you want. Overall, this is a great elbow brace for tendonitis, tennis elbow, gym use, or general joint support. Good quality for the price and definitely worth trying if you need extra elbow support.

Good choice, might work for you too
I unfortunately have the need for an elbow brace in order to help rehab cubital tunnel syndrome, and have tried 4 different braces. This one isn't perfect, but it has been my favorite by far. The pluses: - The medium size is a good fit for smaller arms. I'm female and small-boned and have lost some hard-won upper arm strength while I rest my arm, so a lot of the braces are too big. The range of adjustment for this brace works well for me. - Removable metal pieces allow you to choose the level of brace stiffness. I've experimented with both metal pieces in, both out. Ultimately the best for me is just one piece, inserted in the slot next to the buckles. - Can vary positioning. This brace is most comfortable and effective for me on my right arm when worn so that when I tighten the velcro straps, I pull them in TOWARDS my body to secure them. This means the little red label is actually upside down (at least when worn this way on my right arm). I use ONE metal piece and insert it in the slot nearest to the buckles. - This brace does NOT require you to hold your arm completely straight, which is a bonus. I have learned that you NEED to allow a little bend in the elbow while wearing a brace or you will definitely have a new and different pain, especially if you are wearing it all night! You can remove or add the metal pieces, tighten or loosen the straps for the amount of bend you'd like to have/allow, and shift the orientation of the brace to allow the maximum amount of bend you would like to have. - Good price. MINUSES - The first couple of weeks this brace was VERY itchy and irritating on my skin, especially by the elbow, and pressed near my ulnar nerve in an uncomfortable way. I had to figure out how to change around the metal braces and position the brace to be more comfortable (see above). - There is a fabric "compression sleeve" inside that on me is too large to actually compress, so I stopped putting my arm IN the compression fabric and instead put the fabric underneath my elbow. It's softer that way and much less irritating. I also wear the brace a little looser so that it's not cutting into my circulation and allows for some amount of bending of my arm. I also make sure that the brace is positioned so that the metal piece is not rubbing or pressing against my ulnar nerve. - Velcro seems to loosing a bit of its stick and I will probably need to get a new one in a few weeks. This is sort of a long-standing issue with velcro in general and while annoying and costly to have to buy a new one, I will likely buy it again since the others I've tried don't fit as well. If you're looking for a brace to try, this one might be the one for you. You will likely have to play around with it to figure out the most comfortable way to wear it. I rarely leave reviews but since I feel for others out there dealing with this annoying issue, I thought I'd leave some info to help others figure out what might help bring less pain, tingling, and numbness to their lives. Wearing this at night has really helped improve my symptoms, along with modifying my activities, doing my physical therapy exercises, paying attention to what flares it up, and using a TENs machine 2-3x a week. Taking walks and paying attention to having my shoulders aligned and a natural arm swing also seems to really help. I had to quit one of my part time (very physical) jobs in order to rehab this, it really stinks. Good luck everyone!

Really helps with ulnar nerve pain!
I work at a desk 8 hours a day and my ulnar nerve has been really bothering me and this brace has helped me tremendously within a couple of days. Material is great and does not irritate my arm or skin. Very easy to adjust and the quality is very good. I was afraid it would fall off at night but the Velcro is very strong and it does not budge. Itโs not the most comfortable but what brace is? I would size up and if itโs too big you can adjust to make it tighter.

If you're fat it won't feel comfortable
If you need something like this and have "wings" don't get it. Unless you have it up your arm so far up your arm and wrap it tight it will slide down. And if you do that it just is very uncomfortable. It does work as described and the cost is average cost for this item.

Excellent!!!
I absolutely loved this compression sleeve immobilizerโI really did. It feels comfortable right from the very first moment; it doesn't squeeze too tightly, yet it doesn't slip loose eitherโit just seems to fit perfectly. It has helped me tremendously with pain and inflammation, especially when I have to stay active around the house or while looking after my child. The material feels high-qualityโnot cheap at allโand it doesn't cause excessive heat, which is a key factor for me. Plus, it's easy to put on and take off, and it doesn't roll down or shift around like other ones I've tried. Honestly, I recommend it without hesitation. If you're still on the fence, go ahead and buy itโit is 100% worth it.

Comfortable and Really Helps with Nighttime Elbow Pain
Iโve been using this elbow brace every night and it has made a huge difference. I used to wake up with numbness and pain in my arm, but since wearing this, my symptoms have improved a lot. Itโs very comfortable to sleep with, doesnโt feel too tight, and the removable metal splints give great support. The material feels soft and good quality. Definitely worth it if you struggle with cubital tunnel pain or nerve discomfort at night.

Nice well constructed elbow brace
Ordered this brace hoping to wear it to bed to help relive some elbow tenderness I have been having. Provides great support. Sizing was perfect and breath ability was good (did not leave my arm sweaty). You will not be able to bend your arm when wearing ( if the metal bars are inserted into the brace). I was looking for this attribute and it did keep my elbow in a nice comfortable relaxed angle. I ended up returning the brace because it was very uncomfortable while sleeping. One of the metal bars kept adding an uncomfortable pressure to my upper arm. Perhaps it was from my chunky upper arm. I tried to adjust but could not seem to get rid of the uncomfortable pressure. Returned easily and without hassle.

It works very well
I've had 3 surgeries for cubital tunnel in both elbows, with a possible 4th coming. The biggest issue is at night where I bend both elbows. I've tried a few braces over the years as well a using a towel followed by a tensor bandage. I decided to try this brace and wasn't disappointed. Like all braces, you need to get used to sleeping with it and finding the right fit. This brace is smaller than the brace I was using before and way more comfortable. The key is finding the right tightness and position. I will admit that at first, I struggled. Sometimes it was too tight and other times I'd wake up and find that it was at my wrist, like a bracelet. I even removed it in my sleep and woke up to find it beside it. After a couple of weeks, I found the right compression and I wake up pain free. I highly recommend this brace and don't give up trying to find the right amount of compression because when you do, it will relieve the pain and over time, you will put it on and adjust it without fuss because you'll know exactly how it should fit.
