Easy to put together . Came with everything you need . Directions were easy to understand .However some of the rods to hold bed up were kind of difficult to place inside but other than that would definitely recommend.

The instructions weren’t very detailed. The holes were drilled on the wrong side for bottom full size bunk support bar. But overall, great for the price.

Easy to follow assembly instructions. Very sturdy when put together. Looks very nice.

I bought this to put a twin bed up top then a queen bed (mattress only) on the bottom. For my needs it works great. The biggest thing I want to share is if you plan to switch sides on the ladder you need to swap pole #16 and #18.

I couldn't even get past step 2. I could barely even unscreww the screws. I don't know if the screw quality is super low or if it's the way they have you put it together. I got it earlier than expected but when it arrived I could tell someone else had already tried to put some of these pieces together I couldn't even get it apart. I'm returning this and hopefully I get a refund even though I couldn't get some pieces back in the box, I'll update if I get a refund or not, but I will be buying from a different company. It's very bad customer service to send an already returned item and I am super frustrated and disappointed. It's a waste of time and time is money and now I gotta waste more time returning this thing. And what's even more frustrating they don't even pay for the return they want over a 100 bucks in postage. Do not waste your time with this thing..I will also add that once I realized it would be $60 to return this thing I asked for help to put it together. I had a male help me and he had to screw in the screws really hard and I am not sure how he got all the screws in but he did, he said the holes were not lined up correctly. So if ordering this and you're a single mom I would plan on asking a male in your circle to help you.After getting it put together it is holding me just fine. I'm 5'3 190 pounds and my kids 7 and 8 will sleep with me on it on occasion. But it is super wobly when climbing up and down. Again if you can afford a more expensive one I would go with that one.After dealing with this I will not be buying anything unless it has free returns.

Well for starters the bunk bed frame came in a box that was worse for wear a big gash in the side with a couple of holes in the box unfortunately Even though they braced it up pretty good and added Styrofoam some parts of the frame did get some pretty good dents in them That's FedEx for you as of lately at least for me everything I've ordered so far has one way or another been damaged I would say if The seller can get a hold of FedEx and say to tone it down on being rough with their products that wouldn't be really any issues it's a solid bunk bed but I am going to be honest it's not a beginner bed this is a little bit more difficult compared to other bunk beds I've put together in the past The headboard portions of the frame are in three pieces that have to be screwed together when other ones is just one section I'm assuming it's to fit in a smaller box for shipping so that's the trade off a little bit extra time to put it together but like I said it's pretty sturdy and time will tell I got pretty rowdy kids it will be tested

It wobbles not enough to make me scared it gonna break but enough to be annoying so i definitely make sure you can mount it to the wall
