LOVE IT. Sturdy, already fully assembled, and easy to store
I have always been afraid of step ladders because I get vertigo.I love this step ladder. It is sturdy, simple, and works for me.It comes fully assembled from the factory. There are no loose parts whatsoever. It is very sturdy; the top step has a metal lock mechanism that works well.I stood on the stop step without fear - a first for me and step ladders.I put my gigantic canner (see first picture) high atop a cabinet while standing on the top step!I got off the ladder easily. The sturdiness and the grip at the top are all I need to feel safe.I stored the folded latter in 30 seconds, easily (see second picture). It fit in a tiny space between the wall and my chest of drawers in the front room. This ladder is worth every penny of its cost for its sturdiness, steadiness when I was on the top step, and easy storage. I am very happy I bought it so that I can use the high storage shelving areas in my tiny house, and I do highly recommend it.UPDATE AFTER ONE YEAR: I STILL LOVE IT. It is sturdy, easy-to-use. I've never stood on a top step of a ladder before - UNTIL I GOT THIS LADDER. I have a bad ankle and STILL can stand on the top step. I want other people with ladder issues to know this is a good buy, which is why I posted this update.

Buyer Beware!! Cheap metal and dangerous
I’m not a fan of giving bad reviews BUT this step ladder definitely deserves one. I’m shocked on how incredibly flimsy and dangerous this step ladder is. I weigh only 129 pounds and as I go up this step ladder I can actually feel the metal steps buckle under my feet. There is absolutely zero support under each metal plate so when you take each step you can physically feel the thin metal on the step give a bit. I fear it’s only going to be a matter of time before it actually cracks. I refused to allow my husband (who’s 205 pounds) to even try it out in fear it would definitely crack and face plant him on the ground. Either I got a defective step ladder OR the weight limit of 600 pounds as advertised is a complete fabrication.I’m super disappointed in my purchase and I’d never recommend this product to anyone. You’d be better off dragging your kitchen chair 🪑 around and climbing on that to reach higher places.😔 Such a waste of money!Update: I’m extremely surprised this ladder is still selling on Amazon. It’s beyond dangerous and poorly built!! I couldn’t return my ladder because I failed to keep the original box it came in to ship it back. I’m stuck with a flimsy ladder with bent steps after using it just twice. It’s now just collecting dust in my garage waiting for me to drag it by its cheap legs to the dump where it belongs.

Very sturdy step ladder
Not only is the red color great but I feel very safe on it. The steps are wide enough for comfortable and secure footing. The rounded padded bar on top is a great feature to hold on to as I climb.

Just what I needed
I am “vertically challenged” so I need a small ladder to reach high places. One place I have a real problem with is the casement window over the bath tub. It is high on the wall with the sill even with my shoulder. I needed a ladder that would fit inside the bathtub. This ladder’s 17 inch width fits inside with very little room to spare but it does fit. My only issue is the tab to close the ladder. At least that is what I think is its purpose. It is not well designed and tends to get trapped by the top step.

Love the little red step ladder!
I bought the step ladder for my sister as a Christmas gift. It sits in her “plant room” and is very cute. She’s a bit on the “ short” side so needs a few inches to reach things now and then. Her farmhouse has a lot of red in the decor and the step ladder fits right in.I asked her opinion and the only thing she doesn’t like…..the bottom step she wishes wasn’t so low to the ground. It’s taken her sometime to get used to. She thinks she’s already off it and there’s still one more step. Also the rubber handle appears to be secure but it does slip from side to side so it would be much better if it didn’t move so much.Step ladder is very solid and feels safe.

It fell apart and bruised my shins
I bought this step ladder specifically because it had a high weight capacity. I bought it almost a year ago but have only used it on a handful of occasions. One of the rods fell out and as I stepped up on the bottom rung, it folded against my shins. I feel this product is dangerous and I would not recommend.

Just okay
The price was right, so I tried this stepladder. I cannot vouch for how stable it is on wood or tile floors because it's used in my walk-in closet which is fully carpeted. On the carpet, it's fairly stable. I weigh 110 pounds and would only recommend this for people over 150 pounds; the steps do not feel like they would even support my 165-lb. husband. I like that it's lightweight and easy to move, but I would not rebuy this stepladder.

I was a little leery, but this is a great step stool/ladder!
I am a little larger, and scared of heights. Not a great combination when trying to buy a step stool/ladder. I originally purchased a different one, but when I went to climb to the second step, my knees hit the guard rail and I didn't have any balance, so sent it back. Then I found this one - only a little more money, but well worth it. I am still too scared to climb on the top step, but have been able to easily and comfortably use the first two to take things in and out of high cabinets in my kitchen, move clothes around on the shelves in my closet, etc. It is very sturdy - just make sure to use the metal latch to secure it. The higher handle also makes it easier to climb up and down since you can hold onto it. It is also easy to stow in a coat closet or corner - I wish it came in black, but honestly the most important thing for me is that it works and I feel safe and secure when using it.
