You get 120 in the tub and it’s one per day, so technically it’s a 4 month supply.Each gummy provides 1000IU/25μg Vitamin D3, which is what I always go for. The brand states that these are natural, with no gluten/dairy/GMO/soy/gelatine/artificial colours/artificial flavours, which is all good to know. I feel like the quality is good based off this, that you’re getting something more natural. For those who are interest, the brand also claim to support Greenspark, so for each sale of the product, they rescue 1 plastic bottle from the sea and offset a kilogram of carbon.I have to opt for gummies over tablets because of digestive issues and a stoma. I also have to take Vit D daily for life due to deficiency as well as osteoporosis, so I want gummies that are good quality and pleasant enough to take. I’m pleased with these as they seem like good quality and they taste quite fruity and uplifting, even if a little sharper than I’m used to in lemon flavour.
