Huge upgrade and top-tier customer support!
I bought this chair for my son to replace an old one from 2018 that was literally falling apart. He spends a lot of time at his desk for both gaming and video editing, so comfort and durability were my top priorities. The Pros: Comfort: The padding is very thick and supportive. Ergonomics: The lumbar support and extra pillows make a huge difference for long sessions. Build Quality: It feels sturdy and is clearly made of high-quality materials. Customer Service: When we unboxed it, we noticed one of the adjustment paddles had snapped off due to some rough handling during shipping (the box was damaged in that exact spot). I contacted the company through Amazon, and they were fantastic—they had the replacement parts at our door within a week. Overall, this chair was well worth the money. Great product, even better service!

Love love love this chair!
This chair is everything and more. It is simple to put together and looks so nice and high quality. The features are all convenient and the sound quality is phenomenal. It’s comfy to sit and play for hours while offering plenty of back and neck support, the multiple position recline is the best to allow to adjust to the perfect position. Worth every cent and would buy again

My son picked this chair out for its unique color, and it is worth the hype! So far it’s well-made, luxurious, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Comfortable gaming chair
Easy to follow instructions. Love that the chair can recline pretty far back. The color, the material is just beautiful. The only thing I dislike about it, is why it lost a star for me would be the foot rest. Compared to the rest of the chair, that part felt the cheapest. You pull out the foot rest to a certain extent, then you flip the cushion. To put it back, you reverse that process. You flip the cushion then you push it back in.

Sweet chair
I needed a chair that would be comfortable when I work from home. It’s definitely comfortable and the speakers sound pretty good. The feature that I use the least is the foot rest that comes out from under the seat. I guess that’s essential if you’re gaming on your computer for additional comfort, but it’s useless for me while I work.
