Can these be drilled into after installed? I want to make a focal wall in entry way + install hooks for coats, backpacks, etc.

This is an “Acoustic Wood Wall Veneer Slat.” If the wall requires sound dampening and you decide to use this product - you could drill through it. However the actual wall structure that the panel is applied to would need to be able to handle the load. These panels are a veneer - pretty much a cosmetic covering. They happen to have a foam backing layer that reduces vibration, ergo sound dampening. If sound dampening is not your main reason for selecting this product. Maybe consider and actual wood product - bead board, T1-11, shiplap or reclaimed wood.

The refund instructions say to email pictures of the package to make sure its eligible but no where is the email posted to send this. Post for buyers!

I had to get a hold of Amazon customer service and then the seller sent me an e-mail. I sent a picture, but then they wanted more picture (because more is better, obviously). I sent more and have yet to hear back from them. I just want to exchange one defective board, quite a runaround. Not worth it.
