A nicely painted rare model of an Italian warship.
I am quite familiar with naval warfare but I have not heard of the Roma. It isn't as famous as the Bismarck or the USS Missouri but it is an attractive battleship. I like ships with camouflage colours on the hull. I bought the Roma because of its hull camouflage and the nice paintwork on its deck - red and white stripes. I also like the green paint on the lower hull which is unusual. Nice paint job. Beauty and not fame is my reason for buying the Roma. Love it! In my photographs, you will the Roma alongside the Tirpitz, the HMS Queen Elizabeth and the Musashi for size and shape comparison.
