The product is a low quality. After only less then a week the item started to diffuse less and less. Then after less than 2 months today, it just stopped working. Also, the power connection is overheating and I noticed a smoke coming out of the USB C power connection, so I immediately unplugged it to avoid further danger of burning the item.Very disappointed. Won't buy this again. See photos.

It's alright, it does make a smell but needs daily attention.Have to start it up every time the engine is started, which means it's mostly forgotten about. When in use in daylight it's difficult to see whether it's working and as a result the top is removed causing a little spillage which builds up over time, at the bottom of the cup holder.The device also permanently sits in my cars only cup holder, which is a personal inconvenience.The essential oils are expensive and some don't smell very strong.When it breaks I won't replace it, but it's ok for now

We bought this for the campervan. It works but not overly impressive

When I have this on, or when it’s been on people say it reminds them of the smell of being in the lovely spa. I use lemongrass essential oils to fill up the bottle that comes with it. There’s no mist comes from it so you don’t have to worry about it going on work surfaces. It’s not noisy. I would not be without it. There’s no need to pay for expensive brands like the Neom version which my niece has and it does exactly the same as mine but a quarter of the price almost. You also don’t need to buy small expensive refill bottles either as it comes with a bottle that you just refill. I have bought 500ml bottles at a fraction of the price which I’m guessing will last me a very long time.

Hello sorry your product doesn't work properly. Seriously you guys need to improve the product qulaity. This is a huge disappointment for us

I use this in my work truck, great level of mist produced, I love the changing lights too. Stick some water and oil in and away you go.Looks awesome, correct size for cup holder, plug in using supplied USB cable, should hopefully last ages, well made.
