Nice sounds and number of features. It is a bit difficult for my 13 year old to use not covered in the instructions.

It turned on but that was it. Couldn't get it to work as a microphone or connect to phone.

I ordered this for my wife to replace her older version of the same type of microphone. Her ither one is difficult to plug in now and does not hold a charge as much as it used to.Connecting the bluetooth was easy. When she turned it on and connected it to her phone, said Bluetooth device connected successfully. When she turned the microphone volume up to maximum, she had to have her mouth almost on top of the microphone and then can barely hear it. Music coming out the speaker was an ok volume. Her other microphone this was going to replace was a bit heavier (a few ounces heavier) and had more volume.We were both very disappointed with this microphone. The quality feels and seems to be cheaper. Shame too because she really likes singing karaoke and singing along her favorite songs.It really looks nice and looks a bit better than her other one. In comparison, her ild one is like version 1.0 and this one is like version 1.5 but operates really poorly.

I had high hopes but medium expectations for this thing, and it didn't live up to either. The instructions seem vague to me and don't match up exactly to the actual unit; it's as if they were written for an older model that has been discontinued, even if the functions still apply in a general sense.The microphone modes are identified by a recorded voice that is very loud and I haven't been able to find a way to adjust that. The different effects promised on the box are not apparent in the controls, and it seems to require a TS card (not included) for certain functions. Charging the unit is also confusing as I kept it plugged in for a long time and never got anything but a red charging light. It never changed color or indicated in any way that it was charged. I may not be the most technically adept person around, but certain basic things should be obvious and intuitive for use. Most of the buttons didn't seem to do anything at all. I'll continue to mess with this thing and add an update here if I make any breakthroughs. But for now it's little more than a paperweight.UPDATE: The seller reached out to me to try and rectify the problem, which I appreciated. Customer service and a genuine desire to make things right are important. So I'm boosting my rating by an extra start based on that.

If you are looking for a fun gift, this is it! For those karaoke singers in your life or those who like to sing in their cars. The sound is a little tinny, but great for kids or just messing around.

I’ll start this off by saying my daughter loves this thing. She is 9 and got it connected to the Bluetooth without any assistance. It has ok sound quality (I wasn’t expecting much) and is a nice weight- not too light or heavy.My “issues” - first, it just feels cheap. I question how long it will last. Hopefully I am wrong (and I’ll try to remember to update this on occasion), but it just feels like it’s not going to last. The only complaint the kids have is that the power button is sometimes difficult to push.I asked my kids what they would rate this, and they said 4 stars. I felt like that was fair because it’s not perfect, but as of now, there are no huge defects. We’ll see how it holds up!!

I got this as an accessory for a costume, and it has been a lot of fun. The voice changing options are especially a riot when you Are shenaniganizing with friends.

I got this for my 11-year-old granddaughter who is always singing and dancing. She absolutely loves it! She really spends a lot of time going around the house singing and rapping and tormenting her siblings, but that's what kids do. The microphone works better than I expected, and although I couldn't figure out some of the directions, her older brother was able to hook it up to his Apple Phone so she could use all of the features. This is such a cool item that provides hours of fun and entertainment at such a reasonable price!
