Nice Shortened Version - easy to read to/for children with top-notch illustrations to go with the major scenes. Pip, Magwitch, Joe Gargery, Miss Haversham, Estella - all brought to life convincingly, recommended to children and adults alike.

Excellent for year 4/5/6 children to read and understand the story of Oliver Twist. Well written and inclusive of Dickens plots and of how good overcomes evil.

I like it and seems a good introduction to this story. However my book worm daughter (7 years) didn't gel with it and hasn't finished it. May try her again when she's a couple of years older.

I love these books I have got three for my daughter and they are fantastic. They keep true to the original and don't patronize the reader but are equally enjoyable for the younger reader making the introduction to classic authors a very posistive experience.

Well written, my six year old daughter read it in half an hour, and understood and enjoyed the story.

Bought for work on Dickens with my class at school. Easily accessible for 10year olds. A good introduction to this great author's works. :)
