Nice product, properly used
I've had this long enough now to say it is well made, the bluetooth is very good, sound quality is what I need, and they are very light and comfortable. I wanted earphones that allow me to hear the traffic when I take walks but loud enough to be audible while walking along a busy street. I have a bone conduction headset but found that I couldn't turn them up loud enough to hear in a noisy environment. These work better. The two button controls are a little weird but workable. I found, for example, that the 2s press that skips ahead is sometimes initiated with I am trying to turn them off with a 5s press. It's annoying but I can live with it.

Great sound, super light, budget friendly
I have been using these headphones for over 6 months. I use them exclusively when outdoor running. The sound quality is great without the need to jam an earbud in the ear. The open ear design allows me to be very aware of all my surroundings, especially cars and emergency vehicles. The size is the main reason I purchased. They are so light and comfortable as if I am not wearing anything. The button placement on the outside is much better than similar headphones I own which locate them on the underside edge. I had one minor issue with a button being permanently depressed. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement immediately. I have since ordered another as a gift.

Sound great. Extremely lightweight and comfortable
Before I start, these are open-air headphones, which means you won't get the best sound quality when compared with "proper" headphones. I know that sound quality can be a very subjective thing, and I am coming from a casual point of view and not in any analytical or audiophile point of view. The thing I like the best about these are the fit. They are very light and it is possible to forget you are wearing them. They're easy to wear with glasses, and I don't feel them bouncing around or feeling like they're going to fall off. You can of course still hear background or ambient sounds, as these are open-air and don't actually cover your ears (they sit just outside your ear canals, almost where a bone conduction headphone might sit). The one critique I have about it is a technical one; for some reason, whenever you turn these things on the volume level defaults to 100%. I have other bluetooth headsets and none of them do this; they usually remember your last volume setting. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the device settings or not, but it does the same on both my PC (Windows 10) and my phone (Android 14), and other devices do not do this.Other than that, these headphones to me are close to perfect. I haven't taken too many calls with it, but they seemed to be okay for both me and the other party. I mostly use these for listening to things.

A unique headset experience.
I've gone through numerous headsets and eventually felt like earbuds were not to my liking. They started to irritate my inner ear, and the known issue of how ear buds wreck havoc with your hearing never sat well with me. Eventually I came upon these, and they definitely are the top pair I personally have owned. I love the light weight aspect to them, alongside the cozy fit. I wish the band was not as far off my back of the head, but I understand a need for a uniform design. The audio controls are a bit unusual, as you only have two buttons, but once you learn the sequences to do things, it is no longer a problem. The charger is neat but also an issue. I like that I can just yank them off the charger and know it wont damage the headset, but at the same time, if you have just one charger, it can be harrowing to keep it charged if you are bad at keeping ahold of cables. They sell directly from the site chargers, and when I got them, it was $4, which is actually cheaper than a standard C type cable. If you heavily use headphones, take note that the battery life is smaller than other headsets.Overall, I am very happy with this product.

at the third time using it, the left side stopped working
I bought this item in middle of September and used it two times before it stopped working. As I'm currently in a business travel abroad, I'm not being able to return it to an Amazon location. Tried to contact the manufacturer twice so far but no reply at all. So, I contacted Amazon client representative wondering how they could help me out. First rep said they will refund me even though I can't return the item (cost me as double what I paid to ship it to the US). As the refund never got into my credit card, I chatted again and the second rep after few interactions, pass me over to another representative that offered me a refund without returning the item. Just afterwards finishing the chat, an email from Amazon Customer service was received, highlighting that I have to return the item in order to get a refund. That's amazing HOW BAD is Amazon Customer Service. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM

I've bought 3
I've bought 3 of these and they were awesome. Until they weren't. All three have found the trashcan after nine months of lots of use. I'm disappointed. The mic wasn't the best for people on the other side of the phone but the sound, comfort, battery life was amazing.I'm sad they only lasted 9 months. I cleaned the connection metal once and got it working for two more weeks.

Annoying controls
Pros:+ Open ear headphones are nice after a day of wearing ear buds+ Analog buttons, not touch ones. That means I don't accidentally trigger them all the time and you get that positive haptic response.Cons:+ It always starts on full volume. Why?+ The turn off feature is to hold the plus/power button for 5 seconds. The skip ahead feature is to hold the plus/power button for 2 seconds. So you always skip ahead a track before turning off the headphones.+ This one is more preference than the others, but why is the pause feature a double-click? It is the feature I use most and would prefer it being a single-click.+ Though not as bad as many around the ear headphones, if you find that the top part of your ear tends to pinch in around the ear headphones, you'll probably get a little bit of that here too.The headphones are very affordable, so if you want to try open ear headphones, they are not a bad deal. That said, they're not perfect either.
