The clasp for the necklace broke only a few days after wearing. Very cheaply made.

Disliked it,The arrowhead charm just came off the part that goes through the chain just broke into all my boyfriend can wear is the necklace itself,he enjoyed the arrowhead,sadly,cheap was beautiful I hate that the arrowhead was so thinly made that it just broke off the chain,all he has is the chain but the arrowhead Agate was the best of this necklace so he can't enjoy that!!I think I should be reimbursed or replaced as promised when I paid for it or I would have just ordered him a gold necklace the black Agate was great for him to have he now can't wear it at all and also that replacement one was smaller and thinner and the arrowhead just broke off at the hook can't wear it either as it was smaller poor quality and poor service,,I just wish I had got my money back instead of that cheap replacement one!

4 stars because the chain broke. We tried to fix it but couldn’t get it to clasp correctly. The stone is beautiful though. And it looks just the image. It’s very pretty!

The package was lost at first but they were kind enough to reship the item to me thru the supplier, it took awhile longer but I have received the product. It is quit a wonderful charm and they are excellent on customer support.

Happy with the charm added a thicker chain the chain was extremely thin and soft metal since i had a extra chain i added one it is beautiful
