Shires Fine Mesh Haynet - Small - Black/Blue

AWFUL. These nets are described as having 30mm square net holes. However the label on them when they arrive states 4.5cm square holes. Now that is 50% bigger then expected and therefore a major difference to what I wanted and were of no use to me. When wanting to return the product I had to get help from Amazon to cover the cost of return postage I would have to pay for an item i hadnt ordered in the first place. The seller was of no use whatsoever and was in fact extremely rude.

Brilliant strong haynet, when I fill it the net holds that much I need a wheelbarrow lolSuper easy to fill !!! I will be ordering more for sure as amazing ! My horse is a greedy boy & this definitely has slowed him down which in return keeps him occupied so less door kicking lolI'm a new horse mummy so I'm learning

I bought one of these about 7 years ago and it is still going strong. I couldn't remember where i got it or who made it so when I decided that I needed a 2nd net I faffed about with lots of other nets. None were as good. so when I stumbled on this net on Amazon I was soo happy!These are very large nets. My girls eat 11 kilos at a time and this net easily accomodates this. We use round bales so I am not sure what it would hold in small square bales - but I'd hazard a guess that it could hold a whole one, or at least most of a bale.7 years later and there are still no rips or tears in my original net.My only bugbear is the huge knot at the end of the rope that can makes tying it up a bit fiddly.

Stupidly large, it was like a Santa sack full of 500 presents, almost as tall as me had to use a barrow to move it from the hay store because it almost dragged on the floor. The quality of the net is good hence 2 stars but I had to go out and buy a different net. Now redundant.

I don't have much to add to the description. It's a hay net with smaller than average holes to control the speed at which the horse is able to eat; perfect for the purpose I bought it for. It's too soon to tell how well it'll stand up to wear and tear but there's nothing to suggest it won't.

Ordered looking for a hay net with smaller holes. Unfortunately took the tags off to fill it & only then did I realise that holes are at least 6cm so of no use. However, looks like it's good quality if you're looking for a normal holed big haynet.

Just what I needed and what I wanted , good value for money and a lovely note and little gift of sweets which my daughter will enjoy thank you 🐴🐴
