Don't usually write reviews, but was sick of buying things that didn't do the job, so.....Great little blender, Quiet, light weight and easy to use.I was looking for a blender that would chop Brazil nuts fine and had tried all the little coffee grinders that say they chop nuts as well, but they all left whole nuts and butter paste and were loud-None of them worked. Therefore, I thought I would take a punt at this blender, seeing as you got the chopper with it as well. Tried Blender first on smoothie -Was Ace. Then tried my Brazil nuts in little chopper, zapped to fine powder in 5 seconds with not one nut left in sight. You don't need to do it long at all-or would be butter paste, but not bad if you want that, So no more knocking my fillings out and can still eat the good stuff-lol.Very easy to clean and slap away out of sight. Nice size beaker as well. Therefore, if this thing can chop these hard nuts so fine and so fast, then It will be great for all sorts. so don't waste money messing about with these other cheap grinders, when you got it all in here and one speed is just right. Well chuffed-Hope it lasts.Absolute Nuts!!

Purchased this hand mixer in Jan 24. After being used once or twice a week to make breadcrumbs, the plastic bit that joins the motor to the top of the blender shattered in May 24. This item was replaced by Braun in late May and after 6 uses, again to make breadcrumbs, the plastic bit has sheared off again. I have written to Braun last week and am still awaiting a response. I should add that our first blender lasted over 10 years.

Arrived at 18:17 dead by 19:20. Didn't cope with breadcrumbs from the first slice of bread. Even too soon to request return.

Works perfectly fine excellent seller and service

Although the customer service team was very nice after the first time the blender burned for the first time (fuse replacement did nothing, moved, and followed all the instructions on blending time so it was not improper use on my side), the replacement blender burnt as well. So it basically lasted only to prepare two dishes. A shame otherwise, because it seemed like a powerful blender.
