Puccini: La bohème

Good enough for Gabriel Alon, then good enough for me.Well he's always listening to it in the books.Thought I'd give it a whirl, I think it's ok although I'm no expert on this stuff.It get's played quite a bit.Well worth the money.

A fantastic production from La Scala,1956. The cast is stellar, Callas and Di Stefano in magnificent voice. The remastering of the recording is superb, the voices are so bright. Highly recommended.

This is an old recording, but digitally re-mastered in 2014, so good quality sound. Can't really go wrong with Callas & Di Stefano.

Needed the music for occasion!

I bought this copy to add to my Tito Gobbi collection. I was not disappointed. Other singers very much "on the ball". An enjoyable recording
