I sit in a truck 8 to 12 hours a day , and my posture is horrible. Day one wearing this and my neck doesn't hurt , back doesn't hurt , and ita making me use the right muscles for my job . It also supports the back nicely in a seated position. Absolutely wort it , buy it .

After trying two other back braces, I thought I would try this one. It fits comfortably and it is easy to apply. I usually wear it four to five hours a day. It is well made and adjusts easily. I would buy this again.

Well made...works..

This product effectively helps me maintain good posture by keeping my back straight. However, the bands that go around the shoulders and armpits are not very comfortable and tend to ride up. Despite this, I appreciate that it helps me maintain an upright position. I’m not sure if I need to go up a size or if this is just how the product fits.

Working from home like the most of us, I developed terrible posture and a gut from sitting all day I couldn't get rid of. Squashing my torso together for 10 hours a day also made my gynecomastia far more visible. So I ditched my regular desk and office chair. Got a standing desk, and this posture brace to wear through the day. WELL. After only a week of standing with this on for a couple hours- my posture is better, my gut is reduced and from stretching my chest out my gynecomastia is visibly less noticeable as well. Is this a miracle product? Probably not- but if you need to stretch out your garbage-compacted-Covid-pandemic body, this will be a great tool to correct.

Gave me muscle cramps

My T4 vertebrate has some issues. This brace is perfect for my injury and quite comfortable. I used it daily with overalls rubbing on it for about two months before the supports started to wear through at the top. For the cost and what it does… I highly recommend and will buy a couple so I always have one ready to go.

I found this full back brace to be very comfortable to wear all day on the back side, however I gave 4 stars because the shoulder straps are great as it keeps back and forces you half way to a good posture, the other half is up to you, because you build muscle memory which is good, the only flaw I found is the straps aren’t that comfortable and causes the belt part of the brace to ride up… Other than those two flaws, it’s an excellent posture braces, a similar one from a medical devise store can be in the hundreds of dollars range verses this one that costs under $40 bucks and does the same thing, corrects posture and nearly pain free lower and middle of back and have a wedged T11 vertebra where the lungs are located that is causing middle back pain and breathing issues, without the brace I feel winded.With the brace on, it seems that some of the pressure is taken off my middle and lower back when I have a better posture.Overall excellent brace for the price and the main thing is this is of excellent quality and it works at correcting posture!

I ordered a size up from the chart based on some of the initial reviews and found that it fits great.It provides the needed support for the lower back when lifting and moving things around, I will be using this for now on whenever I have to shift a lot of boxes around.It seems well made and it was very easy to get adjusted to the correct placement.I found that it was comfortable to wear and helped my posture when sitting, not just when moving around hauling things.I haven't tried it without the straps yet, but they are removable if you don't want or need to use them.
