Good mic for speaking engagements
Ships with the volume turned all the way up on each mic. This caused distortion until i figured it out. Reading the directions would have helped. Battery life and range were great. Easy to connect.

Stopped Working
Stopper working after 5 months and only use 3 times. Worker well when it did work. Trying to contact them now on the site offered to discuss the warranty

El primer aparato que compré se dañó en solo dos usos, pero el servicio al cliente es estupendo y reemplazaron el producto de inmediato, por lo que he subido la puntuación, espero este segundo equipo me dure mucho tiempo.

Don’t stay charged
They sound good but you have to change batteries weekly! I sent the manufacturer an email and they wanted pictures. I have no idea what pictures will do because I have no complaint about the way they look or sound just needed to know the exact battery to use because I’m changing them weekly! I wasn’t trying to return or exchange them but you get no where with them or Amazon! I bought the insurance and I’m still not getting any answers. So I WOULD NOT purchase them again
